Cloudera, an enterprise data management company, announced the closing of their $900M financing round. The Series F round began in March of this year with an investment of $160M at a price of $14.56/share from Google Ventures, T. Rowe Price Associates, and MSD Capital. VC Experts uncovered the Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation filed on May 22, 2014 that evidences $370M worth of Series F-1 shares at $30.92/share, double the price per share of Series F. This brings the Company's valuation from $1.8B in March to $4.2B as of the May filing. The Series F-1 holders were entitled to elect one (1) director of the corporation which correlates to the designation of Kim Stevenson of Intel to Cloudera's Board.
