Box, Inc. filed an Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation today (July 7, 2014) authorizing a new Series F Preferred stock. The new round authorized 7,500,000 shares of Series F Preferred stock at $20.00/share, totaling an investment of $150M. The terms of this new round of financing puts Series F on top of the Liquidation Stack with 1x return plus $3.00 per year that accumulates quarterly.
